How to request deletion of your data

If you want PAIR to delete information associated with you or your organization, use the process below so we can identify and handle the request correctly.

You may request deletion of personal information or business information that you previously submitted to PAIR, subject to any legal, contractual, security, or record-keeping requirements that require limited retention.

To help us process the request efficiently, include:

  • your full name
  • your email address and any other contact details used with us
  • your company name, if the request relates to business interactions
  • a brief description of the information you want deleted
  • any relevant dates, forms, projects, or communications that may help us identify the records

Verification

We may need to verify your identity or authority before processing a deletion request, especially where the request relates to business accounts, company systems, or information that could affect other parties.

What happens next

Once we receive a valid request, we will review it and take reasonable steps to delete applicable information from our active systems, unless we need to retain certain records for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.
